4. Orders & Customization

• Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 30 pieces unless otherwise stated.
• Orders requiring customization (branding, printing, etc.) must be approved with final artwork before production begins.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of provided design files.
• Any delay in artwork approval or payment may affect delivery timelines.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in AED or USD and exclude VAT, shipping, or other applicable charges unless specified.
• Payment terms will be communicated upon order confirmation. Full or partial advance payment may be required.
• Dhefor reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

6. Delivery & Lead Time

• Estimated delivery dates are provided after order confirmation and artwork approval.
• While we aim for timely delivery, Dhefor is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics, customs, or other unforeseen events.

7. Cancellations & Changes

• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.
• For non-customized items, cancellation requests must be made in writing within 24 hours of order confirmation.

8. Returns & Refunds

• Customized products are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect due to our error.
• All return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the buyer’s cost.

9. Intellectual Property

• All logos, designs, and trademarks submitted for branding remain the property of their respective owners.
• Dhefor does not claim ownership of client-provided artwork but may display samples in marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

Dhefor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
